The following YouTube video will provide you with an example of how to design a behaviour modification plan appropriately and effectively which could be used to respond to and report on the behavioural progress of a particular student within your classroom. It is suggested that when identiying learning goals and objectives for positive behaviour at school, both yourself and the student whom is of concern should design this behavioural learning plan as a team, drawing on expectations and objectives for learning (Arthur-Kelly, Lyons, Butterfield & Gordon, 2007).
